If you take note of all those statues, sculptures etc back then you will know. High heels was first worn by men. It was intended to be worn by women, it wasn’t so much of a high heel back then. Please bear in mind that most if not all of our fashionable back then were designed by men because they were deemed to be the better seamstress, shoemaker etc…
