The Sangster International Airport employee who was being sought for questioning in connection with Wednesday’s cocaine bust, is now in custody.
The ramp cart operator on Friday morning surrendered to the police, accompanied by his attorney.
The narcotics police launched a search for him on Wednesday after he reportedly fled the airport during an operation.
The cops say they were conducting checks on a American Airlines flight to Philadelphia when they found 22 pounds of cocaine in a tool box on a ramp cart.
