THE DEVIL’S BIGGEST BLUNDER
But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions. Obadiah 1:17
Herod began the witch-hunt for the Lord Jesus Christ; his diviners had confirmed the story the wise men from the east told him that a king who will be the savior of the world had been born in Bethlehem. That was completely unacceptable because it meant that his reign of terror over the Jews will come to an end. So, he ordered the massacre of all the baby boys who were born within a space of two years in a bid to eliminate the child-king. Next in line to continue the witch-hunt were the Pharisees and teachers of the law who had a good time running the synagogues like private business. They felt threatened by the good news of the kingdom and the Messiah who had come to establish that kingdom. Fortunately, they found Judas Iscariot who was willing to betray his Master for thirty pieces of silver. Thus, the devil who was the mastermind of these witch-hunts was very happy that his human agents had accomplished the evil assignment he gave them.
But that was the biggest mistake the devil could have possibly made because the Bible says if the prince of this world had known he would not have crucified the Lord of Glory. The devil thought he had done his worst against Jesus not knowing that he just helped in facilitating the Lord’s mission to accomplish the redemption plan; it is through the death and resurrection of Jesus that we are saved and redeemed from sin and death.
I must say that if the witches, wizards, idols and wicked forces in your foundation had known, they would not have troubled you because it is the trouble that they are giving you that is pushing you to take refuge and get help from the grace of God that is at work here at Liberation Ministries. Liberation City is the city of liberation because the church is mount Zion and the Bible says that at mount Zion there shall be deliverance and Jacob shall possess her possession. The devil’s blunder in troubling your life is permitted for your advantage; make the best use of you association with this ministry.
