THE POWER OF PROPHECY
“Surely, the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secrets unto his servants the prophets”(Amos 3:7).
You can never underestimate the benefits of a Revelation gift in the life of an individual, group or nation. When God reveals a bit of His knowledge to you, to enable you solve a particular problem, you may be seen as some god.
Prophecy is a Revelation gift. And it is actually said to be an operation where God tells His servants things that will happen ahead of time. Without doubts, God knows everything about everyone. He created you and He knows the end from the beginning:
“Known unto God are all his works from the beginning
of the world” (Acts 15:18)
It is sometimes good to know ahead of time the mind of God towards that business, promotion, desires and wants; anything you engage; the plans of God concerning them and that of the enemies. Some years ago, God revealed to me pockets of war in certain nations and Nigeria and within one week of that information, its fulfillment started happening in Tunisia, Egypt, among other nations. And if not for the prayers of the saints in and outside Nigeria against such occurrence, nothing would have stopped the wars from happening.
There is power in every prophecy that comes from a man of God. Every prophecy has its legal backing from the Lord. So whenever God brings to you a Word using a man of God, receive it with uttermost seriousness. In Revelation 1:8, the bible says, God is the Alpha and Omega, beginning and the end. He reveals things to His servants ahead of time. He likes to give away such information concerning you, your job, family and business but how ready and prepared are you to receive from God? Are you double-minded and always asking questions?
Doubts and unbelief are some of the factors that can make a prophecy not to be fulfilled in one’s life. Too often, believers are distracted by their past experiences, things that happened to their neighbors, the stories they have heard and other negative influence by friends and they conclude to giving up, and even when the Word comes to them, they take it with laxity. God’s Word is God’s power and God’s power is God’s capability. So, take every word from Him very seriously. In every meeting in the church, always pray that His word gets to you from the man of God. Have an expectant mentality and dive into it whenever the Words are released concerning you. What you don’t expect, you don’t get.
PRAYER:
Heavenly Father, I thank you for every word of prophecy that has come to me
Every delayed prophecy in my life, manifest now in Jesus name
The Word of God is producing what it talks about me, family and job in the name of Jesus
LIBERATION THOUGTH: I am excellent and full of God’s glory
