cannot deny that this administration has an agenda, but have doubts as to ERO seeking to deport during an open petition unless the filing was rejected by the citizenship bureau without his knowledge, or his wife is a legal resident and not a citizen, or his wife might have started the process before she got naturalized, or he might have been flagged for something that he failed to disclose when filing, or they suspected/have proof that the marriage was for convenience, was he a refugee? and his asylum request was rejected? and there was a marriage and petition in between? he insist he is not a criminal so we’d like to take him at his word! however, he make mention of lawyer fighting something, what was it? I know there is a lot of emphasis on asylum cases in the current, is he one of them? video doesn’t answer the questions!
The other part of it that most might be unaware of is what might be ahead, be very cautious when those “eat-a-food” immigration lawyers notably some our own country urging people to “go get regularized” under the current administration, if you’re almost certain that the shot to the target will be a hit then go for it, however if its a hit or miss, be very careful, why? because the resistance to this administration is rigorous and extensive, from all corners of society, so the mass crackdown/raids/roundup might not be realistic(don’t know), however DHS has a mandate and a projected target that has to be met, and the people who are in the system I.E. petitions deportation orders by judges etc. so called easy targets or soft targets might be the sacrificial lamb!
