TUFTON THIS NEEDS YOUR ATTENTION

Post for me and HMID. The public need to be aware of what is happening at NHF. NHF has been employing persons as part time contractors. These workers get nothing more than just there mere pay and they have to be paying income taxes from it. If they dont go to work they dont get pay. Persons are working in volatile areas and not evening traveling NHF wants to give them. They only want to give there full time workers. Majority of the staff is part time contractors and they are doing most of the work. There are persons working there for more than 5 years and cant get a full time contractors. A lot of the managers are just time wasters and they are not a people person. Dr. Tufton this is a sector that you are “passionate” about, but how long should these workers work under these conditions. This need to stop. No maternity leave with pay, no sick leave with pay, no vacation leave, no health benefits, no pension. No nothing
HMID then that lady in HR ago talk bout sey “if we leave all them do is replace us” and you have technician and pharmacist and do 3 4 people work cause they are short staff. And some a the pharmacist dem dont even know how to talk to people. The whole NHF system need to recheck warehouse not even a send out drugs on time. Dr. Tufton fix this nasty system
