Two-Year-Old Child Among Four Shot In Payne Land
A two-year-old child is among four persons who were shot by gunmen in the south St Andrew community of Payne Land this afternoon.
The police say one man has since succumbed to his injuries.
According to the police, the shooting happened shortly after 3 o’clock, but it’s unclear what triggered it.
