A 23 year old woman was fatally shot in Ferry off Mandela Highway, in St. Andrew, on Thursday.
She has been identified as Jodi-Ann Campbell, a resident of Ferry.
It is reported that shortly after 5 p.m., Ms Campbell was involved in a dispute with a man in the community.
The man left and returned with a firearm, which he used to shoot Ms Campbell several times.
She was pronounced dead at hospital.
Investigators have listed a man known only as “Jevy” as a person of interest.
