Within seven hours, Cinnamon Nicole had received a little over $800 after setting up a GoFundMe page in which she asked for donations to help reimburse the money she spent on Powerball tickets.
As of Friday afternoon, her ‘campaign’ had been suspended and taken off the site.
The Tennessee woman claimed that she had no money left after spending everything she had in the hopes of winning that $1.5 billion ticket. But when the winners were announced, Nicole had to face the reality that she didn’t even have enough money to go home:
Please help me and my family as we have exausted all of our funds. We spent all of our money on lottery tickets (expecting to win the 1.5 billion) and are now in dire need of cash. With your small donation of at least $1.00, a like and one share, I’m certain that we will be able to pick ourselves up from the trenches of this lost and spend another fortune trying to hit it big again! PLEASE, won’t you help a family in need. DONATE NOW.
While some people have donated to her cause, others left comments questioning her for even asking. Others feel she should have spent it more wisely in the first place.
Amen.

Interesting she don’t disclose how much she spent. I have a feeling she spent way less than $800.
