A 32 year old Chitungwiza married woman, Alice Machingauta, has dragged her hubby to court accusing her of sexually depriving her.
Alice says she cannot even recall the last time they had sex.
The matter came to light when she was claiming $300 maintenance for the upkeep of their three minor children from Tafadzwa Winya.
“He doesn’t want to be intimate with me, we are still staying under one roof but I don’t know the last time we made love,” she told opened up the magistrate.
“He doesn’t show me his pay slip but I know he can afford the $300 considering that he is also running a small business.”
Tafadzwa said he earns only $150 a month adding that he buys groceries amounting to $120 each month.
