A Housewife, Foluke Ojo, has approached a Magistrate Court sitting in Akure, seeking for the dissolution of her marriage with her husband, Busuyi Ojo, over excessive s*x.
The woman who said has been married for 14 years told the court that she was tired of the union over alleged too much s*x from her husband and prayed the court to dissolve the marriage.
Apart from this, Folake claimed that her husband was no longer interested in taking care of the home again but only to sleep with her and beat her whenever she turned her husband’s s*xual demand down.
She explained further that anytime she refuses to allow her husband to sleep with her, he usually turn her to punching bag, declaring that she was no more in love with her husband again and asked the court to grant her prayer.
The husband, Busuyi while responding, denied all the allegations but said his wife has grown wings and would not act responsibly in the house, adding that his wife dresses like a prostitute.
However, the President of the Magistrates Court, Mr Ayodele Omotola, in his ruling, noted that the relationship had broken but urged the two parties to allow peace to reign.
He ordered that the respondent to pay a sum of N5,000 to the court for the food allowances of his children and adjourned the case.
