My Husband Starves, Assaults Me, Nursing Mother Tells Court
A nursing mother, FaizaHarisu has dragged her husband, HarisuAdamu to the Sharia Court ll, sitting at Magajin Gari, Kaduna, Kaduna State for alleged assault and lack of care.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), the complainant, told the court that her husband was always beating her and had not been providing food for her.

The court bailiff stated that he was unable to serve the defendant because he was neither found at his home nor his place of work.
The judge, Mallam Musa Goma, however, ordered that the defendant be given a substitute service and adjourned the case until March 26 for hearing.
