A 17 – year-old boy from Chiredzi waylaid three three grade one pupils going home from school and sodomised them one after the other.
The boy had asked the three pupils to choose between ana1 sex or to be assaulted, Regional Magistrate Collect Ncube heard.
The boys are alleged to have chosen to have ana1 sex out of fear of being assaulted.
After forcing the boys into the bush, the accused is said to have pulled their shorts down to their knees before ordering them to kneel down and pushing his erect private part through their back, Masvingo Mirror reported.
He had sex with one after another while the other two watched.
The three boys live in the same village and attend grade one at Chibwedziva Primary School in Chief Sengwe in Chiredzi.
The court heard that on November 28, 2014 at around 1pm at Chivhiko Village, headman Masivamele under Chief Sengwe, the complainants were coming from school in the company of friends.
The complainants met the accused person pushing a wheelbarrow and he ordered them to push his wheelbarrow but the complainants refused.
The accused person then forced the little boys into a bush where he sodomised them.
Medical reports will be produced in court as exhibits.
