You are not for Destruction
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly (John 10:10)
Jesus told His disciples that in this life there will be trials and temptations but admonished them to be of good cheer because there is also the provision made for overcoming such trials. He reiterated this fact to them in many ways. In today’s scripture, He uses the analogy of the thief who comes in to steal, kill and destroy to explain the same scenario. This should be a source of comfort and strength when you face trials. What the doctor has to say about that tumor in your body is just a shadow of the thief that comes to kill. That job you lost is just another shadow of the thief that comes to steal your finances. Your husband cannot help going to the brothel to sleep with prostitutes? That weakness is the thief that comes to destroy marriages.
But the Alpha and Omega knows just what to do. The Omniscient, Omnipotent God knows the areas of your life that are under attack and knows what needs to be done to ward off such attacks. Do not be afraid of the storms that the devil is whipping up in your direction right now. God did not create you for destruction. God has not abandoned you to the wiles of the evil one. I declare to you this day that you have not been set up for destruction in the mighty name of Jesus. I speak life to every dead situation in your life right now in the mighty name of Jesus!

I command every thief of my glorious destiny to be crippled and powerless in the name of Jesus
Let everything that the enemy has stolen from me be returned a hundred folds in Jesus Name
Father, thank you because that same spirit that raised Christ from the dead is giving life to every dead thing in my life in Jesus Name
