4 VAUXALL TEACHERS NOW CHARGED WITH UNLAWFUL WOUNDING AND NO MEDICAL CERTIFICATE HAS BEEN PRESENTED TO THE COURT

Charges have been laid against the fourth teacher at Vauxhall High School in Kingston who is accused of pinning down a male student and forcibly cutting his hair.

Paul Grossett was today charged with Assault Occasioning Bodily Harm and Unlawful Wounding.

He is to appear in court on Monday.

The other teachers, Carl Samuels, Fabian Brown and Jerome Grossett, who are facing similar charges, appeared in the St. Andrew Parish Court on Thursday.

The student said he sustained bruises during the incident.

Prosecutors on Thursday reported that the medical certificate regarding the injuries sustained by the student was still outstanding.

The case will continue on July 20.

  1. Teachers dem wrong. .simple. almost always I am a man of few words enuh…a jus sometimes pon ya smh.wrong a wrong…simple.

  2. A group of male teachers forcibly cut a student hair and are charged “charged with Assault Occasioning Bodily Harm and Unlawful Wounding”.male students physically assault a female Teacher and only get suspended. What is wrong with this picture?
