A St Elizabeth attorney who is charged with sexual offences in relation to a six-year-old boy was yesterday offered $150,000 bail when he appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s Court.
The 34-year-old attorney was offered bail by Senior Magistrate Judith Pusey, following a bail application by Queen’s Counsel K Churchill Neita.
The accused, who is charged with grievous sexual assault, indecent assault and sexual touching, is scheduled to return to court on January 26, 2016, for a preliminary hearing.

The doctor checked out the little girl and she is just fine, they found no signs of rape/abuse. They need to charge her ass!
