Met so I’m in Ja and decided to visit jencare skin far, we purchase the couples package for $25000. We waited an hour before the process started, mean while the employees kept on come back and forth ask us our names and what we were having done . Now we are in the room and I had assume a couples package meant we would be in a private room having stuff done together nope in that Dysfunctional environment. So I stated My distain on their page and the blocked me–

from the owner died I think jen care died with them too. the owner was such a nice lady trust me, this is why when people have business might as well they sell it before they die, most times their kids or relatives will never carry on the business as they do, because them ungrateful and don’t know the hard work it took to get jencare to what is today.
God bless miss Jennifer’s soul, she ensured that place was in order from Jamaica, Miami to New York locations. I live in New York where there’s so many choices to do facials, I called once a few days prior to the New York location “hey I’d like to schedule a facial 10 30 am as they’re open that time “ girl answered is gonna tell me we’re open 1030 am but won’t begin till like 11 are you fucking kidding me in America time is time and I have schedule things to do so why is it it can’t begin at opening time. Leave a bad taste in my mouth I never returned there since that convo. I think it’s her kids in charge now someone please let them see that their valued customers are not pleased and they will continue losing them
JenCare only likes to cater to their existing and high profile customers. Everyone else – not so much.
So what really happened? Were they doing the service in a big room with other ppl. Cause far as I know all couples packages are usually done in a private room with just the couple and the service provider. One hour wait time is unheard of in that industry. If they have a TripAdvisor page or Google page you can leave your experience on those pages. You could even do a You Tube video if you are on that platform, if you have Instagram or Twitter you can there too. I hate companies who jump to remove negative reviews instead of working with the client to see where they went wrong and improving themself.
I used to use their products many years ago, but I haven’t in a long time as I have found my HG finally. I hope they really are not destroying that woman’s legacy and hard work.
