ROSE HALL, St James — Baby Tash, the singjay who was crowned the first Magnum Queen winner in 2008, will be returning to the classroom full-time in September when she will be pursuing a degree in Communication Arts and Technology at UTech.
The resolute dancehall artiste said she has taken the decision to balance her entertainment career with a sound education.
“I plan to go back to school because persons know education is the way to go. People know music is unpredictable. It is not a joyride or a bed of roses. I am not a quitter, but I am not the kind of person who will sit around and when I reach 30, I am still trying to get out there,” declared Baby Tash. “Also, I am spontaneous and I love to have options and like to know I can do what I want to do whenever I want to do it. I am just opening up more avenues for myself in regards to a career path”.
