Sam Miller,Tyler R. Perry,Dayton Ross Jones, along with two other 17 year old males from Hopkinsville Kentucky, have all been charged in the rape of a 15 year old boy.
Tyler Perry, 19, was charged with first-degree sodomy, tampering with physical evidence, promoting a sexual performance by a minor, and use of a minor in a sexual performance, and he remains held on $100,000 bond.
Dayton Jones, 20, was charged with first-degree sodomy, promoting a sexual performance by a minor, use of a minor in a sexual performance, and distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. He was held on $1 million bond.
Two 17-year-old boys were charged in the case. One of the juveniles was charged with first-degree sodomy and tampering with physical evidence. The other was charged with possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
Police said additional arrests are expected in the case.
The Christian County Sheriff’s Office said four of the suspects assaulted the teenage boy, videotaped the attack, and shared the video.The 15-year-old victim reportedly suffered punctured colon and injured bladder from the sexual assault and is currently in intensive care at a Tennessee hospital
