Similar topic of scamming: my mom answered her phone from lady saying she was from a popular bank in ja, told my mom they are changing over to visa debit cards. They provided my mom with correct trn and everything just that they need her to click on a link in her email and provide them with the confirmation number. My mom provided same and they tried to clean out her account. One thing for the bank, they caught on quickly and sent my mom an email and froze my moms account as well as the account the money was being transferred to. Just remember even if a bank calls providing details of trn, don’t confirm anything call the bank and verify please.
