Two gunmen were reportedly shot and injured in a hold-up outside a bank in Montego Bay, St James a short while ago.
Eyewitness accounts are that three security guards were ambushed by three masked gunmen as they exited to bank with what appeared to be bags containing money.
In an ensuing gun battle two of the robbers received gunshot wounds and a security guard shot in his hand.
The robbers managed to escape with one of the money bags in a white Toyota Townace van.
