Detectives believe the internal feud between members of the Clansman gang led to Friday morning’s double murder in Hopedale, Spanish Town, St. Catherine. The bullet riddled bodies of 32 year-old Christopher Chambers, otherwise called Foota and Sashauna Small, a resident of Central Village were found at a house. Investigators say Mr. Chambers was aligned to the Andre Blackman Bryan faction of the Clansman gang, which is in a deadly feud with men aligned to the other alleged leader of the gang, Tesha Miller. Shortly after 4 a.m., residents of Hopedale heard gunshots and called the police. The bodies were found following a search. This is the first murder in the St. Catherine North Police Division since the State of Emergency was lifted on Wednesday.
