Licensed firearm holder charged for allegedly shooting girlfriend
A licensed firearm holder accused of shooting his girlfriend during a domestic dispute has been charged by the Hunts Bay CIB.
Lorenzo Cox, 31, a sale representatives of a St. Andrew address, was charged on Thursday with shooting with intent and wounding.
The police reported that on Monday, Mr. Cox and his girlfriend had a dispute at a house in Patrick City, Kingston 20.
During the dispute, it is alleged that he pulled his licensed firearm and shot her in the leg.
She was taken to hospital for treatment.
Mr. Cox was arrested and charged.
He remains in custody and is booked to appear in court next week.
Goes to show you that many ppl once they have a gun they will use it on anybody.
