DI STAR SEH HURRICANE WARNING HAS BEEN LIFTED

The hurricane warning for Jamaica has been lifted.

The National Hurricane Center, which is based in Miami, indicated that Jamaica is now likely experience tropical storm conditions from Matthew.

This means that wind speed of between 39 miles per hour and 73 miles per hour is expected from the system.

Jamaica was previously under a hurricane warning.

  1. People did take the storm warning seriously and went out and about to brace for it, there is no such thing as being too prepared. Must be the laboratorie in me but I think the current administration did good at making the nation as “ready” as can be, information was forthcoming and resources were mobilized. Like I said must be the labourite in me…
