Mr. Clarke, who was not present, is scheduled to appear in court on June 23 when it is expected that the prosecution will apply for the case to be transferred from St. Elizabeth to the Home Circuit Court in Kingston.
Mr. Clarke was taken into custody last December 28 by the St. Elizabeth Police after he was reportedly seen in a comprising position with a 15 year-old girl in a car along the Austin Main Road in the parish.
