EITHER HOLNESS IS A FOOL OR A PROFESSIONAL LIAR

Opposition Member of Parliament Fitz Jackson has demanded that Prime Minister Andrew Holness apologise in the House of Representatives for presenting it with wrong information regarding the salary paid to former Petrojam human resource manager Yolande Ramharrack.

Last week, a parliamentary committee was told that Ms Ramharrack was being paid more than $15 million, annually. That is higher than the $13 million Mr. Holness told the House she was paid.

According to Mr. Jackson, the Prime Minister should have already addressed the discrepancy.

“When the word of the Prime Minister can’t be trusted, the country is in serious trouble. I have yet to hear a formal apology to the Parliament by the Prime Minister, having tabled information in Parliament that the Auditor General has disproved. I believe that the honourable thing to have done in the last sitting or the first sitting thereafter the tabling (was) to come to the country and apologise,” he suggested.

Yolande Ramharrack tendered her resignation as human resource manager last year amid a string of allegations of impropriety on her part.

Petrojam paid her a separation package totalling $13.3 million.

    1. Gm Anon 11:08am,

Did u leave out the word “neither “??…Otherwise you are saying he IS a liar but maybe not a Fool.
Perhaps you meant to say NOT instead of Nor…which again would mean he is a Liar but not a fool.

Maybe you’re denying both ,so it should’ve read Holyness is neither a liar nor fool.Feel free to clarify, bless up.
