Jamaica still owns a % of JPS. The government of Jamaica owes $Billions to JPS and should focus on paying their bill on time. You cannot run an electric utility on air. Then you have these tiefing Jamaicans who constantly use throw-ups to extract electricity illegally….even large companies find ways to steal electricity from the JPS. I often wonder why any company would invest their precious resources in a country like Jamaica, where customers/employees are always trying to steal from them.
