Woman among 4 arrested after gun found in toilet tank
Four people were this morning taken into police custody in connection with a firearm seizure in Mafoota district, St James.
A woman is among the four, the police say.
Police say that about 6:10 am, a team of officers was conducting operations in the area when premises were searched and a 9mm Beretta pistol found in a toilet tank.
The four were subsequently arrested. However, the police say their identities are being withheld pending further investigations.
