The police are reporting success in the search for a woman who was seen with accountant Esron Laing shortly before his murder on the Salt River Road in Clarendon Thursday morning.
They have also uncovered more information about the circumstances leading to his death.
The police are reporting that the woman who was found in Mineral Heights, Clarendon late Thursday evening,was badly injured after being abducted by Laing’s killers.
It’s reported that after leaving a party with the woman Laing’s vehicle crashed along the Salt River Road.
He was seeking help from passers-by when a car with several men aboard drove up.
The men reportedly pulled guns and robbed them before shooting Laing and abducting the woman.
When she was discovered she had wounds and bruises.
She remains in hospital.
