This conductor needs to either get some further training or seriously reprimanded. The JUTC is a govt run service so that means there is no discrimination against any citizen based on age, religion, sexual orientation, physical ability etc. Who gives this person the right to refuse any citizen access to the service.
I don’t know if you tek bus or you drive, but you need to visit any one of the bus terminal dem and you will see how dem behave like puss and dog to get in di bus…u know how much bus wheel run ova people hand,foot, head etc ( u know how much a dem end up inna hospital)when dem behave so..mi tiad fi witness dis especially downtown…but some a wi Jamaicans nuh like things done orderly dat y di country caan betta…the man sey form a line but him feel sey him nuffi form none…kmt

The only more I want to hear is that he is fired and banned from ever traveling with JUTC ever again.
