  1. Why don’t you go to her office … dumbass. I get so annoyed with people who think that a telephone alone can take care of their business.

  2. Why would you have a lawyer and not know their name that’s dumb , you only know the the initials kmt them just fi no ansa u ‍♀️

    1. You serious? Its obvious the full name was submitted, and MET used *** in lieu of letters so as not to publish the accused’s name.

      1. :selamat :mahongintip :nerd :rate :ngakak :sup2: :repost2 :peluk ..sometimes I just don’t know enuh Nix!!

  3. again! beware of those “eat-a-food ” immigration lawyers notably some from our own countries with that “bruk foot” “crooked” “rip & run off” culture, who will cease at nothing to take advantage of people in a desperate and dire situation due to the current climate, they will tell you what you want to hear, take your $$$, and hide and avoid, be very careful, some will take your $$$ for application processing even knowing in advance what the outcome will be when application is submitted to the USCIS, sender you previously mentioned that other for profit lawyers couldn’t help you so that should’ve been an indicator of your case’s complexity, I warned again, if people believe that the shot at the target will be a hit then go for it, but if you believe it might be a hit or miss, be very very careful :2thumbup

  4. Sender, find out what is the Professional body that regulates/governs the legal profession in the particular state where the lawyer practices. Once you have identified the body, then you can lodge a formal complaint to said body of professional misconduct and conduct unbecoming the profession on the part of the lawyer. They will launch an investigation into the matter and depending on the seriousness of the case it may lead to suspension or some other sanction. Additionally, depending on the nature of the case, you may be reimbursed from an insurance policy that lawyers are required to pay into in the event of a breach and lawyers are found liable. Be proactive, there is redress if in fact this lawyer did conduct herself in a manner likely to bring the administration of justice into disrepute. Good luck.

  5. She is not a crook, I know her personally, she is really hard to get on the phones. You need to go to one of her offices, either in New York or New Jersey.

  6. This is the classic lawyer shopping. If you have been to many lawyers and they cannot help you, that simply means that there are no viable options available.

Are you sure this lawyer is licensed? There are a lot of “Immigration Consultants” passing themselves off as lawyers. There are also disbarred lawyers out there practicing law without a valid law license.

If you entered the “country” under an assumed name or cannot provide proper documentation that you enter this “country” legally, there is very few pathways to getting legal status. If you got deported and you re-enter the country illegally, you can forget it!

The “good” lawyers essentially told you what you did not want to hear, so you shop around until you found a dishonest “lawyer” who told you what you wanted to hear and took your $4K and did nothing. I bet you this person is not a lawyer in good standing, since taking clients money without delivering is a sure way to getting disbarred.

  7. I was in the same situation… you cannot be so busy to return a call or text . If they are hiding your case is not a win win case . I leave the wicked one in FL to GOD!!
