CLEARLY you haven’t done your own due diligence to RESEARCH board certified physicians whose speciality is in the areas of liposuction and fat transfer. I think you should start there : educating yourself first then getting peer reviews. All surgeries are very serious . If you aren’t educating yourself by putting in time on your own to search physicians available in jamaica and to even ask their peers of physicians , how do you know you are of sound mind to make such a life-altering decision?

Being a board certified physician doesn’t necessarily be the surgeon is competent, so buyers beware. Lots of board certified physician kill and or maimed patients every day. Lots of board certified physician are alcoholics or drug addicts who operate on patients while under the influence.
Why people go offshore to do these risky procedure is beyond me. Most of the offshore doctors have minimal insurance and their justice system is severely lacking. If something goes wrong, suing these Doctors is pointless, as they are not require to carry minimum levels of malpractice insurance (expensive) like in the USA. Some of the foreign physician working in these offshore countries have been ban from practicing medicine in their own country.
Are patients doing the require followup visits when they go abroad to do these surgeries? A family member did a gastric bypass surgery (routine these days) some years ago and never woke up from the procedure.

Dr. Noel Arscott the best in Jamaica. Does his practice at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Kingston has his private office which you would have to contact for consultation and appointment. check the directory or call the hospital for his contact info.

Dr Norman Morrison is a certified plastic surgeon who work both in NY and Jamaica. He is chief of plastic surgery at Harlem Hospital in NYC. you can google his private practice in Newy ork and get the number for his practice in Jamaica. I never used him but i heard good things about him. I think he would be a safe bet.
