The head of a newborn baby was discovered Wednesday morning by residents in Cocoa Piece, Clarendon.
It was found about 9 o’clock at the back of a house.
Investigators believe it was taken there by dogs.
Residents who gathered at the scene expressed disgust at the incident.
The Clarendon police are seeking the assistance of residents to locate the mother.
