Former Holy Trinity High School footballer Jordan Foote is dead.
The young man in the prime of his life who had already lost a leg to cancer, and vowed to bounce back and one day return to his passion, but it was not to be, as he passed away this morning at the University Hospital of the West Indies.
He had been ailing over the last few months, struggling to breathe, feeling symptoms of weakness among other medical complications and this morning at approximately 10 he took his last breath after holding the hand of coach Devon Anderson.
The entire Holy Trinity High School has been plunged into mourning.
My God sometime mi wonder….God give and he taketh away
So sad
OMG I never saw this one coming. Cancer I curse you, ruturn to the pit of hell from whence you came. Condolences to the relatives and his school family, this one is definitely a shocker.
My dear friend, 35 year old single mom of one, is battling lung cancer and it has spread to her left kidney….cancer can be merciless… RIP Jordan…this is truly sad and unfair. So much promise he had. SIGH
So sad indeed, RIP
OMG this sad all we can do is trust in God’s timing Jesus Christ son of God I prayed you will soothe broken hearts n heal all sorrows this morning,
R.i.p real yute!! Tears yo!
May God bless your Soul Jordan.
I thought about him about two days ago hoping he was doing well. I just dont understand this cancer thing at all, no matter how healthy you eat or try to stay away from certain products you can still get cancer. There’s nothing you can do to prevent it! And soo many young people are the victims! I will never question God. I pray that his family will be able to get through this.
There are dietary, environmental, hormonal, and emotional components to a cancer diagnosis. It has to be treated on every level to have a chance of survival. Still, you can do everything and do it right and still succumb to it.
I wish his friends and family all the best. He is at peace, it is they who need help now.
That sarcoma that he had of the foot is a fast moving cancer and it loves to go to the lung and liver fast.
For real it has no respect for age, gender race or anything else for that matter.
Was just talking to a college friend this morning who has cancer, when we would be eating fried chicken she would be eating soup, when we party and come een a morning she go bed early to wake up to run, every single day. Now she has stage four bone cancer, so sad. Boy I don’t know what to say. Rip Jordan.
