Police find gun that may have been used in attack on female cop

The Greater Portmore Police have recovered a gun believed have been used in Tuesday’s attack on a police inspector and her two children at their house in Morris Meadows, St. Catherine.

The gun was found Friday afternoon during a search of bushes near the house.

The inspector and her two children were shot during the attack on Tuesday night. The policewoman was however able to shoot two of the attackers.

Kayon Edwards, one of the gunmen involved in the attack, was found dead in nearby bushes following the incident.

One of the suspects is in custody. He was captured after he turned up at hospital with a bullet wound.

The inspector and one of her daughters remain in hospital.

The police are continuing their search for a third suspect who goes by the alias Bulbie.

    1. That correlation was started by the media.

      God never a sleep or will be sleeping in the case of this family. See one dead, one injured and one identified. Frigging bright to seek revenge pon a man a do him job.

      Dem know the family and think dem could a try a thing because the husband wasn’t home. Mama bear is a silent river and they underestimated her 😀 😀
