UPDATE ON INCIDENT IN ST. THOMAS
Following the surfacing of a video on social media with a woman beating a child with an object, the St. Thomas Police quickly launched an investigation into the incident and picked up both the complainant, who is 12-years-old and her mother who is the accused.
Reports are that the incident took place sometime last year but the video recently surfaced on Social Media. Police have since collected statements from the child and the person who recorded the video. The mother remains in custody.
The matter is being investigated by the Centre for the Investigation of S*xual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA), as well as the Child Development Agency (CDA)
More information will be made available as the investigation progresses.

I hope the mother gets some parenting class,and she and the mom gets counseling.
Which means she was probably 11 at the time.
Which means the reason is not the video of her stripping to Bodak Yellow since it wasn’t out last year.

If the child did something wrong this is definitely not the way to handle the situation.JCF should charge her with attempted murder and up on her release from prison she should enroll in parenting class for a minimum of 5 years.
