JDF soldier shot in Rae Town, East Kingston
A member of the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) was shot and injured on Tuesday morning in Rae Town, East Kingston.
The JDF private has been admitted to hospital.
He is reportedly conscious.
Reports are that the soldier was on his way to work shortly after 5 o’clock when he was pulled into a yard by two gunmen.
He was robbed and shot in the chest.
