Thanks, Alia
Despite not winning a medal in the 100m breaststroke last night at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Alia Atkinson, seen here before the race, tried her best. She finished in eighth position. Atkinson, the four-time Olympian, has achieved more than any other swimmer Jamaica has ever produced, including equalling the world record in the 100m breaststroke (short course) in Doha in 2014.
Thanks, Alia, for your years of dedication and quality performances. (Photo: Bryan Cummings)
