WOMAN POSTS NUDE PIC OF HER SISTER IN LAW ONLINE AND IS CHARGED

The young woman who had trailed her husband with a knife to the home of his lover was last week back before the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court for reportedly recording a video chat of her sister-in-law in which she was naked and posting it on her WhatsApp status.

Kayden Pryce-Green, 23, of a Kingston address, is charged with breaching the Cybercrimes Act.

The Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court heard that Green and her sister-in-law were friends and that the offence was allegedly committed after their friendship broke down.

The prosecutor told the court that the complainant was not aware that the accused had recorded their video chat and that the complainant found out about the recording after one of her friends showed her the video on the accused’s WhatsApp status.

The matter was reported and Green was charged.

The video was reportedly recorded last July and was posted on WhatsApp in April of this year.

On Friday when the accused appeared in court, she sported a smirk on her face and had to be scolded by Parish Judge Chester Crooks who warned her to wipe it from her face.

“This is not a laughing matter,” the judge said.

The prosecutor, however, informed the court that the case was not completed and a September 12 matter was scheduled for the next mention date.

Pryce-Green, who was accompanied by her lawyer, did not enter a plea and was bound over to return to court.

The accused woman first appeared in court on June 4 with her husband after both were held outside his lover’s house in Meadowbrook, St Andrew, with knives in their possession. Both were held by a police officer who saw them arguing.

Pryce-Green had told the court then that she had trailed her estranged husband to the location, while her husband told the court that he had armed himself because of threats that he had been getting after his wife visited his workplace and stole his phone.
