A 42 year old Dzivarasekwa gardener, who appeared sex starved repeatedly fought with a fellow domestic worker demanding instant sex.
White Makaya was armed with a condom pack during the scuffle.
He will now spend 10 months in jail for attempted rape.
According to H-Metro, Makaya got to his work place on May 14 in the morning and quickly started drinking beer.
He had found a female co-worker at the premises and narrated his history with other former female workmates.
He suddenly said he was hungry but and that confused his workmate who thought he wanted food.
She left for the kitchen to clean.
Makaya then followed her, pulled out a purple condom packet and demanded to be intimate. He grabbed her hands but was pushed away and fled.
Makaya chased and caught up with her and reportedly attempted to rape her again.
She quickly grabbed a kitchen knife and threatened to stab him and that did not deter Makaya who grabbed her neck and demanded sex.
She then sent text message to her boss alerting her about the ordeal.
Makaya grabbed the mobile phone and switched it off and continued pestering for sex but she fled the premises just in time when her boss arrived with police officers.
Makaya attempted to flee but was arrested.
