A 38 year old Nomathemba Moyo from Nkayi got a thorough beating from her husband after she was caught with her skirt up and no pants on and urinating in the bush while her male neighbour watching close by.
Nomathemba had been relieving herself in the company of her niegbour.
That alone angered her hubby Mbonisi Moyo aged 42 and meted instant justice. That was after Nomathemba attempted to flee.
However, Moyo was only stopped beating his wife by a passing police officer who arrested him.
In court, Moyo said ” I beat her out of anger after I found her urinating in front of our neighbour while showing her behind.
“What came into my mind is that, either they are in love or she was luring him into a sexual act because no one can do that without any sinister intentions”.
In response Nomathemba said she was hard pressed.
“I was hard pressed and had no choice but to relieve myself as I feared that I might end upon up soling myself. I did not show any behind as he claims”.
Moyo was remanded in custody to November 24 for sentencing.
