A man who allegedly sodomised his son may have attempted to use nail cutter on him afterwards, the court heard. The man, 38, was accused that on various dates between July 13 and 16 defiled his seven-year-old son in Savannah Estate, Nairobi. The court heard that Joshua who works at an airline company had recently won custody of the boy after he separated with his wife, the boys mother who is said to be based in Doha. It is reported that Joshua woke up the minor at night before asking to inspect the boy’s penis. But when the boy declined, the suspect is said to have forcefully grabbed and defiled him before taking a nail cutter and threatening to use it on him if he made noise. “He continued again and again until I bled,” the minor told police.
