Renardo Phipps, the son of former Matthews Lane don Donald ‘Zeeks’ Phipps, is now under police guard at the Kingston Public Hospital (KPH).
The 22-year-old was shot by the police on Matthews Lane, in Kingston, Thursday afternoon.
OBSERVER ONLINE has learnt that a large crowd has now gathered at the hospital.
