One of two men who were on the run following the recovery of the carcasses of cows stolen from a farm in St. Thomas has been captured.

He was nabbed during a police operation in the parish yesterday.

It’s reported that about 6 o’clock, the police spotted one of the men in Morant Bay.

Another suspect was taken into custody on Thursday.

The other man remains on the run.
It’s reported that on Wednesday the three men went to a farm in Stokes Hall, St. Thomas where they stole four cows and slaughtered them.

They escaped in a van.

The vehicle was intercepted at the Harbour View round-about in St. Andrew where the carcasses were recovered.

Two of the men escaped while the driver was taken into custody
