Former Soca Warriors captain and Manchester United striker, Dwight Yorke was denied entry to the United States of America when he was travelling to Miami on Friday morning.
According to a tweet by former Sky Sports presenter Richard Keys, Yorke was refused to enter the country under the border controls recently put in place by President Trump.
Keys wrote:”Well done @realDonaldTrump. Man U ambassador Dwight Yorke denied transit access to Miami cause he has Iranian stamp in passport. #crazy”
It is unclear why the former Aston Villa, Sunderland and Blackburn forward was travelling to the US, but his ambassadorial role takes him all over the world and regularly sees him play in United legends XIs overseas.
Utter foolishness. Folks nuh realize the amount of power border control and immigration was given in the executive order, everything is at their own discretion not based on any real rules in place, suh if dem having a bad day you get fckd. Yorke had no reason being denied entry, him name not on any hot list, him nuh criminal, and he is a wealthy man, but dem still no let him een.

This was actually passed by Obama and not trump to have a travel visa obtained at the embassy if you have a stamp in your passport from several countries.
