RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil – Omar McLeod a short a while ago won Jamaica’s first gold medal in the 110m hurdles at the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
McLeod, who dominated the race, ended in 13.05s
Orlando Ortega of Spain clocked 13.17s to nab the silver, while France’s Dimitri Bascou’s13.24s run gave him the bronze medal.
