KINGSTON, Jamaica — Incarcerated entertainer Adidja ‘Vybz Kartel’ Palmer and his two co-accused will return to court on Monday, September 23 for another mention of their attempting to pervert the course of justice case.
Kartel, along with Vanessa ’Gaza Slim’ Saddler and Andre ‘Pim Pim’ Henry, is facing the charge in relation to the 2011 murder of Clive ‘Lizard’ Williams.
Kartel is serving a life sentence for Williams’ murder.
When the case was called up today (Monday, September 15), defence lawyers requested further statements from the prosecution.
The case is being mentioned for the court to be updated on the matter of the further statement.
The three will be tried on October 27.
