A lot of people one dialysis are always hesitant to remove the temporary catheter that is placed in the chest…That catheter is only supposed to be there for a maximum of three months.I know many people are fearful about having their vein enlarge and having that big lump on their arm..But it comes down to your life / fashion or what you think looks good. The catheter in the chest is very very dangerous ..so to many of you who are drinking yourself to stupor every night…….not cautious about high blood pressure…not being more careful about your diabetes…it can lead to kidney disease which will lead to a Niko situation. Ive known 3 people personally to die because of this catheter situation…2 didnt want to move it and one of them the vein on the arm would not get big enough. Please listen to your doctors.
