On the 02.11.21 about 12.15pm Dane Gowayne Johnson, 35yrs, dob 10/01/1986, ex military of 13 Park Drive, Cumberland Meadows, Gregory Park, St. Catherine had a dispute with another man who he fired several shots from his licence pistol at. A report was made to the police who on arrival was also fired upon by Mr Johnson injuring Cons. K. Williams from the Specialised Ops. team. The fire was returned and soon to find out Mr Johnson was also injured. Other police were soon to arrive on the scene. Intense mediation was carried out and Mr Johnson eventually gave in to the security force. His daughter which was also in the house with him was safely removed without any injury.
One 9mm M&P pistol bearing s/n # HAV5566 by 21rds was taken from Mr Johnson. Senior Police Officers are on scene including members of Portmore CIB and detectives from form SO.
