David Rainsberger, former American Diplomat and center of the Gully/Alliance feud filed for bankruptcy in a U.S court last year. Rainsberger filed for bankruptcy on May 15,2013 and his debts were discharged on Sept 17 of the same year.
David Rainsberger was sentenced last year for receiving illegal gratuities and nor bring forthright about his involvements outside of work.
Such a shame to throw away his life and career for chump change.
